Job Title: Site Supervisor - ICI and Tenant Improvement Projects
Location: Toronto and Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Salary: $100,000 per year

Position Overview:The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing ICI and tenant improvement construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects in Canada for a minimum of 5 years. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise daily site operations for ICI and tenant improvement projects across Toronto and the GTA.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Oversee and coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations, ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols.
- Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy of work performed.
- Track and document all project activities, including site reports, safety inspections, and quality control measures.
- Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or issues that arise.
- Lead by example to foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor leading construction projects in Canada, with a focus on ICI and tenant improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes in Ontario.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with construction management software is an asset.
