Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage geotechnical investigations for a variety of development and infrastructure projects
- Conduct slope stability analyses, settlement analysis, and bearing capacity assessments
- Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and engineering recommendations
- Liaise with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers and provide technical guidance
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety standards on field projects
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario
- 10+ years of geotechnical consulting experience, ideally in land development or municipal projects
- Strong understanding of Ontario soil conditions, foundation design, and slope stability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion
