Senior Environmental Project Manager/Engineer – Toronto
Are you a seasoned Environmental Project Manager or Engineer looking for your next big opportunity? Skyline Recruitment is partnering with a leading Engineering Consulting Firm to find a dynamic professional to join their team in Toronto.

About the Role
In this senior position, you’ll lead projects related to spill management, environmental investigations, remediation planning, forensics, litigation support, and peer reviews. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior staff, ensuring quality control, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and support environmental projects across Ontario and Canada, ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget.
✅ Prepare and review budgets, proposals, reports, and invoices.
✅ Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth.
✅ Communicate with clients to understand project needs and maintain strong relationships.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives.

What You Bring: ✔ Degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
✔ Professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., P.Ag., etc.) or eligibility within one year.
✔ 10+ years of environmental consulting experience, including project management for site assessments, remediation, and risk assessments.
✔ Strong knowledge of Ontario Regulation 153/04 and other relevant environmental regulations.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and work with key industry contractors.
✔ Proven experience in business development, budgeting, and financial project management.
