THE REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years in development, ideally some time as a DM
- Education background in Urban Real Estate, Architecture or Finance
- Experience with different municipalities throughout Metro Vancouver
- High Rise experience ideally working on architecturally different projects
- Strong computer skills and industry knowledge
- Aspirations to become a Senior DM
COMPENSATION - Salary: $150,000 - $190,000
- Bonus structure - 20%
- 3 weeks vacation
