Sector Lead – Healthcare Architecture to drive strategic growth, client engagement, and design excellence within the healthcare sector. This leadership role will focus on business development, team leadership, and the successful execution of healthcare design projects across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities: - Market Leadership: Develop and lead strategic initiatives, client pursuits, and growth strategies for the healthcare architecture sector.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and position the firm as a leader in healthcare design.
- Client and Project Leadership: Oversee major healthcare projects, ensuring innovative and high-quality design solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert and client liaison.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence.
- Financial Performance: Ensure the successful implementation of business strategies, achieving revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Industry Engagement: Stay at the forefront of healthcare design trends, best practices, and research-based design methodologies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect (OAA or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare architecture, including leadership roles in business development, strategy, and project delivery.
- Strong expertise in healthcare planning, regulatory standards, and evidence-based design.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering major healthcare projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
