OPPORTUNITYEstimator required with high rise and wood frame experience.
POSITION Ideally an experienced estimator working on projects from $10M - $60M in value
- Reviewing drawings & gathering pricing
- Take offs and price bids
- Preparing estimates of costs
- Identifying scopes of work and scheduling
- Responsible for monitoring each phase of project to ensure timeline & costs are following forecasts
- Prepare reports for management
- Establishing relationships with engineers
REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years estimating experience in construction
- MS Office & Adobe experience an advantage
- Full licensed driver
- Experience with GC or Developer
- Relevant education background
Salary + Package - Salary - up to $140,000
