Position Overview:Skyline Recruitment is seeking an experienced
Environmental Project Manager to join our client's team in Brossard, Quebec. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental sciences, with demonstrated expertise in conducting Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). This role involves mentoring environmental technologists, engaging with stakeholders, and managing a variety of environmental projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct and oversee Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support environmental technologists in their professional development.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Network with clients and industry professionals to build relationships and promote collaboration.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Professional designation as P.Eng. or P.Geo. is required; QPESA authorization is a definite asset.
- Extensive experience in conducting Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
- Strong mentoring abilities to guide and develop junior staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (English & French) is a requirement.
