Shaun started his recruitment in the UK almost a decade ago, working in house for one of the top UK organizations in the “AA” he began his recruitment journey. Relocating to Vancouver in early 2016 he joined a recruitment agency for a year before joining SSA North America in 2017. There he began working in the Real Estate Development + Construction world headhunting senior roles for some of the leading firms in not only Vancouver but the whole of Canada. Shaun was promoted into a management position with SSA in 2019 before deciding to start his own venture with Skyline Recruitment Limited in 2021.
